A new permanent opportunity has arisen to work for a growing, innovative company in ALTON. The role offers lots of training and progression.

This role would suit an individual who has previous experience within a busy admin role especially liaising with high volumes of customers. You will work as part of a busy team, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.

  • Speaking with customers over the phone and email
  • Dealing with enquires and complaints
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Processing new account details
  • Log calls
  • Arranging visits to clients
  • Processing admin documents
  • Speaking with internal parties
  • Speaking with external businesses
