This role would suit an individual who has previous experience within a busy admin role especially liaising with high volumes of customers. You will work as part of a busy team, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.

- Speaking with customers over the phone and email
- Dealing with enquires and complaints
- Updating the CRM system
- Processing new account details
- Log calls
- Arranging visits to clients
