Our client, a well-established company in WINCHESTER recruit for a HR ADMINISTRATOR to join their busy HR team on a permanent basis. The HR Administrator provides support to a busy HR network. This is a great opportunity to build on existing HR skills with at least 2 years HR work experience and the ideal candidate will ideally be CIPD part qualified.

Maintain personnel records

Manage HR documents

Issue disciplinary letters

Update internal database

Arrange HR meetings / appointments

First point of contact for HR queries

Complete employee packs

Skills

CIPD Part qualified

Experience of HR administration

IT Literate

Able to work in a busy HR team

Excellent communicator both written and verbally

Salary £22,000

Permanent position

Parking available

Hours of work 8.30am-5pm
