A new opportunity has arisen to work for a growing company in BASINGSTOKE, they recruit for a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR to join their friendly, professional and hard-working team on a permanent basis. They offer lovely, modern offices in a central location close to amenities and public transport.

Role profile:

Managing a high volume of inbound calls

Establishing the nature of the caller’s enquiry and ensuring that all issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly

Logging and updating details onto the CRM System’s

Managing payment queries

Accurately explaining the payment process

Inducting applicant in accordance with legislation requirement and company procedure

Understanding the company compliance policy

Sending out welcome cards

Ensuring returned post is processed on a daily basis

Ensuring completed documentation is filed / scanned on a daily basis.

Sending birthday cards

Assisting other colleagues with their duties, which may arise during the working day

Skills required:

Must have a genuine interest in helping customers

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

A polite, tactful and friendly attitude

Be patient and calm under pressure

Be a team player but can also deal with independent workloads

Has experience with call centre or call centre environments – dealing with high number of calls

Multitasking between calls, emails and document creation.

Attention to detail when recording information.

Good knowledge on Office software (Word, Excel and Office)

Ability to pick up new skills quickly

Understanding of the new GDPR legislation

Full time – Permanent – Monday to Friday

Shift patterns between 8am-8pm for example 8am-4.30pm

Saturday overtime available 9am-1pm
